REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We always make sure that inflated balloons meet high-quality standards before they leave our possession. Please note that we are not liable for punctures caused by you once you are in possession of balloons and/or accessories. If you feel a product is defective (broken item), please let us know immediately, and we will work with you to make it right.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a full payment to reserve your event date. Due to the custom nature of our balloon designs and event scheduling, all payments are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, the amount paid will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward a future booking or purchase. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the original event date.
Please note: any custom or non-stock items specially ordered for your event are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit, as these materials are purchased specifically for your order.
